Feed the Monkey!!

I've posted a short survey using SurveyMonkey. If you use a USB device to connect an instrument to your computer, or know anyone who does, please stop by (or have them stop by) for a quick few clicks:

Reworked, yet again...

Input welcomed on my reworked P&P statements. I don't think what I had before was
going anywhere:

Problem:

The products currently available for connecting an electric guitar to a computer suffer from a perception of poor product quality.

Purpose:

The purpose of this study was to identify the top five (5) points of customer dissatisfaction, enabling manufacturers to prioritize actions taken; addressing the issues that have the greatest impact on their product’s perceived quality first.

This seems more like a research project.

Cheers.

P&P Statements, With Some Slight Revison

Minor tweaks in the wording of the purpose statement:

Problem:

The current products available for connecting an electric guitar to a computer are of low
audio quality.

Purpose:

The purpose of this study was to develop an electric-guitar-to-computer-interface product
with higher audio quality than what is available currently.

Better Late than Never...

Here's the latest version of my DAI 505 timeline. Feel free to comment!

Cheers.

Back to the drawing board...

Well, the first three ideas went down in flames, but no matter. I was kind of on fire about the musician's community tool idea, but will save it for another time.
